I wish I had this a long time ago! Man, I’m so happy I bought this. I’m a big guy with chronic degenerative back problems. I’ve done everything for relief including physical therapy, epidurals and narcotic pain relievers. I’ve been losing weight for about 9 months now, the biggest problem being my back is killing me, so my workouts are limited. I’ve used creams (not very useful) and chemical heaters (too expensive). This thing works great! Like I said, I’m a big guy, but the thing still fits me well enough, it’s very stretchy material with a hook and loop closure. The battery pack is powered by 4 rechargeable AA batteries which are included. I bought a second set of rechargeable batteries for about $10 so I always have charged batteries on hand. I get about 1.5 hours of heat per charge on the highest setting, I’m sure it would heat for 3-4 hours on lower settings.
